Terms of Service

By accessing or using grivani.com (the "Site") and the services offered by Grivani (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Services.

Grivani offers an open collection alongside a separate House of Grivani membership tier, granted at our discretion following an application review. You agree to provide accurate information when applying and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

We endeavor to describe each piece accurately, but small variations are inherent to handcrafted objects. Prices, availability, and product descriptions are subject to change without notice. Certain pieces are made to order; lead times will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Payment is processed at checkout through our payment partner. For made-to-order or commissioned pieces, a non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of order, with the balance due prior to shipment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

Shipping is arranged via the Grivani concierge. Delivery timelines depend on the piece, destination, and customs. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Stock pieces may be returned within 14 days of receipt, unused and in original packaging. Made-to-order, monogrammed, and bespoke pieces are final sale. For defects in craftsmanship, please contact the concierge — we will make it right.

All content on the Site — including text, photography, illustrations, marks, and designs — is the property of Grivani or its licensors and is protected by international copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of it without our prior written consent.

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to misuse content reserved for members. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grivani is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or Services. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant piece.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively before the competent courts of Florence, Italy, except where mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence applies.
