We collect information you provide directly to us: name, email address, shipping and billing addresses, phone number, payment information (handled by our payment partner), membership-application details, and gift recipient information you enter into the Registry. We also collect basic technical data such as IP address and browser type.

We use your information to process orders, ship purchases, communicate with you about your membership and orders, respond to concierge requests, improve our Services, and comply with legal obligations.

We share information only with parties necessary to fulfill our Services: our payment partner for transactions, our atelier and manufacturing partners in Italy for fulfilling made-to-order pieces, and shipping carriers for delivery. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@grivani.com.

We use minimal, essential cookies required to operate the Site (authentication, cart state). We do not currently use marketing or tracking cookies.

Our Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify members of material changes by email and post the revised policy here with an updated date.
